Once up and 4 cinnamon rolls later I hit the gym. Since I pretty much had all the time in the world and the gym was pretty empty I did a Chest, Tricep and Shoulder Day. That "all the time in the world" really came in handy as I got work texts and calls since I'm On Call. But since the gym was empty I could take the calls, rest and get back to my workout. I was even so jolly I wore my Holiday Brooks Running Trainers.

I couldn't keep track of my sets in the OH Press as I got a few phone calls and was responding to texts. My first phone call started during the skullcrushers. Hey I felt good doing it, I had the time and no one was waiting for the weights or the seat/bench today. After that it was treadmill time.

Since I was being motivated by music I looked for an older Tread Class with music I liked. Then home and a quick 10 minute Peloton Ride. I was hungry and didn't want to do anything but I needed something more So that was enough before I stuffed myself with Turkey and stuff. I'll get back to the gym tomorrow and take Tuesday off. Back to the gym on Wed/Thur and one of those should be a Leg Day!
