Was It Really a PR Or Not? Leg Day Workout

I Will Make Exercise Feel Like My Own Little Party Inside My Head Workout

It's Saturday nope Sunday.  SO Sunday!  After closing I tried to get right to bed so I could have a good night sleep and hit the gym.  According to my Oura Ring I got 7 hours and 23 minutes of sleep.  Got up and had an Ezekial English Muffin with Cinnamon Butter and a cup of coffee and I was ready.  Well not fully ready to my PreWorkout Drink.  I might have a caffeine problem.  

At the gym it was Chest, Triceps and Shoulders Day.  Warmed up and stretched and jumped into it.

12 minutes cardio and stretch

With all that caffeine in me I was blasting this workout.  Right up to the shoulders.  My body was running out of steam.  I know I know I gotta do something about my lack of shoulder work.  Maybe when I mix up my splits I work on that.  After the workout I was feeling pretty good about myself and while getting my bag to leave I could tell an older man wanted to say something to me.  Now mind you I talk to people for a living all day but it's never about me it's about them.  So I'm not good when someone turns the tables and ask something about me.  I take out my Airpods and the man mad a comments something like "You must have a lot of shoes.  You have a different pair on every time I see you." Now that isn't true as I switch between only four pairs of gym shoes for the gym.  Work shoes/trainers is a whole other story.  But because I can't talk about myself I was like all flustered and all I could say "Yeah, I got a lot".  I sounded like an idiot.  

After that I drove home jugging a protein shake and did a 30 minute Greenday Lanebreak Class.  The music brought me back to an old spin class I'd take on Tuesday's at the 24 Hour Fitness in WeHo.  The former 24 Hour Fitness in WeHo as it's gone now.  Anyways the Instructor played a Green Day song every week.  Then when I became an Instructor I was teaching a spin class from a company and they had Green Day songs.  So it really brought back good memories of live spin classes.

Tomorrow will be a Leg Day even though it's my normal rest day.  So Leg Day, Tuesday will be Back and Bi and Wednesday will be like today.  No Workout Thursday, Friday or Saturday due to work.  Will do something on Sunday since everything is closed.  I will be On Call but since we are closed I don't have to drive around to the facilities.  Then no gym on Monday and Tuesday.  I'm working a long day on Monday so no way I'll be up before work for the gym.  I gotta start buying lottery tickets.
