Some Mornings Just Showing Up Wins The Day Workout

Ugh.  Bad Sleep? Over training? Another kidney stone?  Damn WebMD!  I felt nauseous this morning during my workout and after wards my lower back started to feel uncomfortable.  So more sitting down this morning. I don’t know if it’s not enough sleep last night, the fact I woke up hungry or my new pre-workout but I was feeling a bit nauseous.  I'm hoping it's not another kidney stone.  Ugh!

I lowered some of the weights just so I didn't kill myself this morning.  It was a Meh of a workout.  But it was a workout!

Yesterday I had to open so no workout.  A sort of a recovery day.  Today almost was another Open/Closing Day but I got someone to work the first two hours and last three. Phew!  That gave me some gym time this morning.  As for the next few days I don't know if I'll be hitting the gym or not due to work.  Plus I should see if I can get some sleep and make sure I'm just over training and nothing else.  

Once home I skipped the Peloton.  I'm at 349 rides and would like my 350th to be a Live Class.  That and I figured I probably should take it easy.
