THURSDAY IT IS!  Day Two of Legs!  KILLING IT!  Went to bed some what earlier and had over 6 hours sleep.  Felt better this morning.  So since I felt better I really hit hard on legs.  

LEG DAY

THE WORKOUT:

5 min Spinning Warm Up
 
Seated Hamstring Curl

Lethal Fitness Plate Loaded Glute Thrust / Bridge at 280 lbs x Reps 8 / 8 / 6 / 6 / 6
 
45 Degree Hack Squat TUT 2:1
6 x 270 lbs at 90% of 1RM / PR
5 x 270 lbs at 90% of 1RM / PR
5 x 270 lbs at 90% of 1RM / PR
4 x 275 lbs at 91.666% of 1RM / PR
5 x 280 lbs at 93.333% of 1RM / PR
6 X 285 lbs at 95% of 1RM / PR
5 x 290 lbs at 96.666% of 1RM / PR
5 X 295 lbs at 98.333% of 1RM / PR
5 x 300 lbs at 100% of 1RM / PR
4 x 305 lbs a new PR!

THE BREAKDOWN:
YIKES!  NEW PR!
HAMSTRING  CURL - 
Up 5 lbs.  Just firing up the Legs
GLUTE THRUST  - Up 10 lbs.
HACK SQUAT - Up 5 lbs.  A NEW PR
OVERALL - KILLED IT!  UP UP AND UP!  
Happy with today's workout.

WED - BACK & BI
THU - NO GYM DAY.  Working an event Wed Night.  

RANDOM ACTS OF FITNESS:

THU MY CENTERS HAVE: Low Impact Circuit, Walk Away the Pounds, Yoga, Water Aerobics, Masters Swim Team and the FitClub.  Also yesterday I helped implement an outdoor exercise class.  Helping me towards my MISSION STATEMENT:

TO IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS AND INSPIRE OTHERS TO MOVE THROUGH LIFE AND SPORT!
