ON MONDAY MY CENTERS IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT INSPIRE OTHERS TO MOVE THROUGH LIFE AND SPORT WITH - Pilates, Yoga, Walking Aerobics, 2 x Bone Builders, Water Aerobics and the FitClub. 

PLUS SENIOR GAMES!  Today is Bag Toss, Clay Shooting, Petanque, Platform Tennis, Tennis, Horseshoes and Water Volleyball.
