Hey Crossropers! Here's another intense 10-minute EMOM jump rope workout you can do at home.

Want to torch a lot of calories in a short amount of time? You have to try this heavy-hitting at-home EMOM workout. EMOM stands for every minute on the minute. Your goal is to complete a set number of jumps + bodyweight reps in 60 seconds. The time you have leftover is your rest period.

We'll be switching between two different sequences.

For Minute A: 🔥 30 jumps 🔥 10 pushups ⏸️ Rest for the remainder of the minute.

For Minute B: 🔥 30 jumps 🔥 10 jumping lunges ⏸️ Rest for the remainder of the minute.

You're going to complete as many rounds as possible of 3 exercise circuits that are each 2 minutes and 30 seconds long with a 1-minute rest in between.

Circuit 1:

5 Minute Jump Rope Cardio Workout At Home from Crossrope

Hey Crossropers! We're back with another quick cardio workout that you can do at home.

This jump rope cardio workout is a fun and challenging way to get your cardio during your day. It's only 5 minutes, so let's get our sweat on!

This workout follows an EMOM format, so we're going to challenge you to complete a set number of jumps and bodyweight exercises in 60 seconds for 5 rounds. After you've completed your sets, the amount of time left in the minute is your rest period. Choose your fitness level below, and let's go!

For Beginners:

▶️ Minute 1: 10 jumps + 1 pushup

▶️ Minute 2: 20 jumps + 1 pushup

▶️ Minute 3: 30 jumps + 1 pushup

▶️ Minute 4: 40 jumps + 1 pushup

▶️ Minute 5: 50 jumps + 1 pushup

For Intermediate:

▶️ Minute 1: 20 jumps + 2 pushups

▶️ Minute 2: 30 jumps + 2 pushups

▶️ Minute 3: 40 jumps + 2 pushups

▶️ Minute 4: 50 jumps + 2 pushups
