6:30 PM Venue open to runners
7:30 PM Start area opens to runners
8:00 PM All Runners must be in their starting corral
8:31:08 PM RACE START!
Be sure to wear your official Nike Dri-Fit shirt at the event. If you want to see the concert, you have to wear your official shirt! Your participant number will serve as your admission ticket to see an exclusive post-race concert. Nine-time Grammy Award winning artist Kanye West along with Hip Hop artist and actor, Common, will be performing! Due to limited space only participants will be allowed beyond the finish line and in the concert area. No guests allowed. Each finisher will receive a specially designed Nike+ Human Race Finisher’s award.
There are no ATM’s located in the venue. Please bring your ID and enough cash for parking, food and beverage concessions. Also, be sure to bring a jacket as it may get chilly.
Aaron Peirsol and Brendan Hansen will support their sponsor Nike and participate in the 'Nike+ Human Race' event, which is being promoted as the "largest running event in history".
The race, which is taking place in 25 cities across the world, will kick off at 6:30 PM local time in Austin, TX on Sunday.
Other local celebrity runners include Lance Armstrong and former WNBA star Cynthia Cooper.
UPDATE: According to Austin News 8 Aaron Peirsol can't run but will be on hand. Come on Aaron, what do you mean you can't run? It's only a 10K! Wimp! Check out Austin News 8 Sports Team as they interview Brendan Hansen who will be running. Go Brendan! LINK

Packet Pick Up
If someone else is picking up your packet they will need to bring this E-Ticket
Your race packet will contain your Nike Race Shirt, which is your race number, and concert ticket and MUST be worn on race day. You will also receive your timing tag, and other goodies.

Is it mandatory to pick up my Race Packet?
Yes. The race pack includes your Nike+ Human Race Tee with a unique number printed, a timing chip and other goodies. Without the race tee, you will not be allowed to participate in the race.
Could someone else pick up my Race Packet on my behalf?
Yes, you may authorize someone else to collect for you and they must bring a printed copy of your packet pick up e-confirmation.
Is it possible to collect my Race Packet on the Race Day?.
There will be no race day packet pick up. Only race participants will be allowed in the start area, the finish area, and concert. Friends and family will need to be registered for the race for access into the race venue.
Could I receive my Race Packet by mail?
No, we will not send out any race packets by mail. All race packets must be picked up at the specified packet pick up locations on the date and times provided.

-The Race will start at the Coliseum
-It will proceed north on Figueroa St. to a turnaround point at Venice Boulevard.
-It will continue south on Figueroa St. to Adams Blvd.
-The route will proceed West on Adams Blvd. to Hoover Blvd to a turn around point.
-The course will then proceed east on Adams Blvd. back to Figueroa St.
-The course will then go south again on Figueroa St. to Exposition Blvd.
-It will carry on west on Exposition Blvd to Raymond Ave. to a turn around point.
-The course will then go east of Exposition Blvd to Figueroa St.
-It will go south on Figueroa St to the finish line at 39th Street and finally proceed West to the Coliseum for the finish back at Christmas Tree Lane.
