Lane 1- NBC Sports posts "Ryan Lochte, with new coach, races in first meet since Olympics. Ryan Lochte is back in the competition pool. The 12-time Olympic medalist, suspended from USA Swimming and international meets through June, won a 200-yard individual medley at the U.S. Masters nationals in Riverside, Calif., on Friday. He also finished second in a 100-yard breaststroke."

Lane 2 - Republik Fitness Center posts "Olympic Series Swim Clinics with Charl Crous. At Fitrepublik, we are hosting the Olympic Series Swim Clinics on with Olympian Charl Crous. The coach will be in water demonstrating and focusing on the techniques, starts, turns and finishes. Lane 6 - Daily Mail posts "Adam Peaty stays ahead of the pack despite his rivals spying on him: 'A copy is never going to be as good as the original'. Adam Peaty won gold in the 100m breaststroke at the Rio Olympic Games . The Olympic champion took a complete break from the pool following Rio. Such is his dominance, others have been filming Peaty's style in the pool. Peaty's next goal is defending his titles at the World Championships in Budapest. Much has been made of Peaty's potential to swim under 56 seconds in his event."

Lane 7 - Al Arabiya posts (w/video) "Syrian swimmer Yusra Mardini appointed UN Goodwill ambassador. Yusra Mardini, a Syrian teenage girl who helped save a boat carrying fellow refugees and later became an Olympic swimmer, was appointed today as Goodwill Ambassador for the U.N. refugee agency."

At the 2012 London Olympics, swimmer Missy Franklin brought home five medals for the United States. But in her new book “Relentless Spirit: The Unconventional Raising of a Champion,” she admits it has been a challenging journey. Dive One - International Swimming Hall of Fame posts "Dr. Sammy Lee 1952 Olympics."

Dive Two - LA Times posts "Sammy Lee, diver who became first Asian American to win Olympic medal, dies at 96. In a Facebook post Saturday announcing Lee’s death, his daughter-in-law, Gina Lee, described him as a “true giant, a fearless leader, a magnificent and loving family man and a hero amongst the Olympic and Medical world....he dove into our hearts and will be truly missed.”

Dive Three - International Swimming Hall of Fame posts "Dr. Sammy Lee on You Bet Your Life with Groucho Marx 1956."

Dive Four - NY Times posts "Sammy Lee, First Asian-American to Earn Olympic Gold. Dr. Lee won a gold medal in 10-meter platform diving and a bronze in 3-meter springboard diving at the 1948 Olympics in London, and a gold in platform diving at the 1952 Olympics in Helsinki, Finland. He also won three national diving championships as a collegian in the 1940s and was named America’s outstanding amateur athlete of 1953 by the Amateur Athletic Union."

Olympic Medalist Maritza Correia, the first black woman to set an American record in swimming, took time to give individual tips to each child who signed up for the celebrity swim lesson at Morehouse College.
